In any tax system registration is the most fundamental
requirement for identification of tax payers ensuring tax
compliance in the economy. Registration of any business
entity under the GST Law implies obtaining a unique number
from the concerned tax authorities for the purpose of collecting
tax on behalf of the government and to avail Input tax credit
for the taxes on his inward supplies. Without registration, a
person can neither collect tax from his customers nor claim
any input tax credit of tax paid by him.

GST returns essentially stands for filing of all GST. Every individual who is
covered under the GST Act must produce their income to the Tax Department of
India. This is known as return and it includes details of every sale and
purchase.
Late filing attracts penalty called late fee. The late fee is Rs. 100 per day
per Act. So it is 100 under CGST & 100 under SGST. Total will be Rs. 200/day*.
The maximum is Rs. 5,000. There is no late fee on IGST in case of delayed
filing.
Along with late fee, interest has to be paid at 18% per annum. It has to be
calculated by the taxpayer on the tax to be paid. The time period will be from
the next day of filing to the date of payment.
You will be required to register under GST, even if your business' annual
revenue is less than Rs 20 lakh, which is the threshold for businesses which are
required to be registered under GST.

physical stores, hotels, or commercial establishments in Madhya Pradesh. According to the
Madhya Pradesh Shops and Establishment Act, all employers with ten or more employees must obtain a gumasta license. Upon submission of the license, the concerned officer will register the establishment in the register of establishments and issue an enrolment certificate and the Labour Identification Number (LIN). This license or certificate is the primary or mandatory requirement to get recognized by all the banks and NBFCs working for people in MP.

or another place of the public to which this Act applies, as well as any other establishment
that the [State] Government may declare to be an establishment for this Act by notification in the Official Gazette.
Food Licence
Food licence or FSSAI Licence is granted to all manufacturers,
traders,
restaurants carrying out any food business which may
involve manufacturing or processing.
The major importance of the FSSAI License is that it ensures that your food is verified chemically and hence is safe to consume.
You must renew your food license before the validity of the FSSAI License expires to continue your operation. If your food license is about to expire, stay alert and remember that you must apply 30 days before the FSSAI license or registration expires.
The FSSAI license number is a 14-digit number on the food package label that contains information about the manufacturer, registration details, the FSSAI emblem, and the brand owner's license number. In the case of an imported food product, the importer must show the FSSAI logo and license number and the importer's name and address.
